Our client was injured in an auto accident by a negligent driver who had inadequate insurance.

Therefore, an uninsured motorist claim was brought against 21st Century Insurance Company, our client’s own auto insurance, who had refused to pay our client’s $100,000 UM policy limits. Even after a jury verdict, the insurance company delayed the case by asking the Court for special permission to interrogate the actual jurors who returned the verdict. After an unsuccessful delay, the insurance company ended up paying even significantly more money to include attorney’s fees and costs for their many years of delaying payment of this valid UM claim.
