Our client was involved in a rear-end chain collision where his car was the 4th vehicle to be damaged due to an out-of-state driver not paying attention.

The at-fault driver had Nationwide Insurance, who did not want to pay their driver’s $300,000 insurance policy limits even though our client had spine surgery as a result of the crash. Nationwide even made their clients come all the way from Texas to attend the trial of this case. In the end, justice prevailed as the jury justly compensated our client, a father of a young daughter, for what he had lost.
