This was another case where Jeffrey Byrd was asked to be lead trial attorney for the case of lawyer at another Law Firm.

Jeff got involved just two weeks before this trial. It was the case of a gentleman who had a parking lot collision. Although the crash did not seem significant, it caused injuries that ultimately required neck surgery. Because our client was foreigner from rural Africa, State Farm did not think he would be “likeable enough” for a jury to fully compensate him. Further, the opposing driver completely fabricated a story of how the crash occurred. It took a jury trial to resolve this dispute in a manner favorable to our client.
