This case should have been resolved VERY quickly, but our client’s own insurance company refused to pay out their UM policy limits and instead chose to fight.

Our client was injured three years before trial in an awful head-on auto crash.  Her auto accident was a terrible crash.  Her own insurance company, Progressive, fought against their client to the end. They had initially refused to tender their $100,000 Underinsured Motorist policy limits, despite having been given multiple opportunities to pay the limits. The insurer fought the case all the way to trial.  Due to the approaching storm, our trial in Tampa was rushed to be a 3 day trial!  The jury returned a verdict, at 1 minute to midnight, for our very young and sweet client.  The jury listened to my client’s evidence, and returned a large, just verdict. That affirms that the jury understood and believed our client was sincere and genuine.
