Our client was rear-ended by a semi-truck, and the truck driver lied the entire time about the crash as a tactic to avoid responsibility.

Our client was rear-ended by a semi tractor-trailer early one morning on his way to work.  The truck driver denied that he fell asleep at the wheel but instead claimed that our client was responsible for the crash because he said our client had cut him off and backed into him.  Fortunately our client had a dashboard camera that recorded the entire event, forward and backwards.  That video evidence was instrumental in proving that the trucker was a liar.  Then at trial the attorney for the trucking company made a big issue of our client’s past medical history even though it truly was not that relevant to what the trucker had done to cause our client to need two low back surgeries.  There was so much to the story that we were not actually allowed to tell the jury, which we are certain if the jury had known the whole story then it would have led to an even larger verdict. But we were so very grateful that God touched the hearts of the jury and they looked kindly upon our gentle, aging client. We were so very comforted that on this day the jury was able to take care of Abdullah!!
