Our client was smashed by someone who neglected law enforcement.

The Defendant driver failed to stop for traffic that was being controlled by several law enforcement officers as traffic was exiting the church.  The insurance company for the negligent driver failed to offer their small $25,000 policy limits but instead decided to fight the case aggressively by blaming our client (who was obeying law enforcement officers) for causing the crash.  This required an extensive trial of the matter.  Fortunately, the jury understood the other driver was 100% at fault, and also understood the significance of our client’s spinal injuries that were caused by the crash.  The jury gave little regard to the defense’s attacks on our client’s good character. This verdict will go a long way in providing our client with security and much needed medical care in the future.
