Our client was rear-ended by a driver who ultimately left the scene of the crash, leaving our client on the side of the road.

Fortunately, our client had purchased Uninsured Motorist benefits from State Farm Insurance. However, when a UM insurance claim was presented to compensate our client for her injuries, the insurance company failed to pay the claim. This resulted in a trial in which a Seminole County jury understood why State Farm was responsible to take care of their client for her injuries, which included a significant neck surgery. After an unsuccessful appeal, State Farm finally paid our client’s UM claim.
