Our client was injured in a T-bone crash which resulted in multiple surgeries.

Progressive provided insurance to the negligent driver, but Progressive had refused to pay the insurance policy limits of $100,000. Because our client was Arabic, and her religion required her to wear clothing that covered all but her face and hands, the insurer did not believe a jury would fully compensate our client. They were quite wrong! Progressive ended up paying significantly more money, on top of the verdict, to include attorney’s fees and costs for having wrongfully delayed the claim.
