Jeff is an expert trial lawyer. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, and furthermore he has been Board Certified since 2005. Jeff has also been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 2005. Therefore, very few lawyers can actually claim that they are a “trial expert” in personal injury law as Jeff can. This is an accomplishment achieved by less than 1% of lawyers. His law practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance dispute litigation.
Jeff has always been an aggressive trial lawyer who will not compromise his client’s rights. He received his law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. Jeff has been practicing law in Orlando since 1992. Jeff has received the highest rating of “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell’s Legal Ability Ratings system. An “AV” Rating demonstrates that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence (Very High to Preeminent).
